I luckily got a job transfer after living in Michigan for over 20 years and now were moving. We searched every company, followed up and checked up on everyone we considered. We got outstanding customer service from Best Price Moving and Storage. The main reason we chose them is that they were honest and upfront from the very beginning. They explained all the steps of the move from packing and payment, to researching actual moving companies, to properly filling out the bill of lading and why knowing these things was so important. Joe was great and it seemed like he had been there forever.
After we scheduled our move with them, the guys showed up on time and had all the necessary packing materials and got to work. We were called the next day with our weight and approximate delivery time as promised. Once our goods were delivered(on time) we had no complaints. We did have a box that got crushed but it was only linens, so no big deal. They even offered to help pay if anything was damaged. Would there niceness ever end? The answer for me was no. I would gladly refer this company to anyone , they were awesome .
