They destroyed everything!!!! They even unwrapped my mattress during the move and spilled a wine stain 3 feet long and 1 foot wide on my mattress. they obviously slept on it. They punctured holes in my fridge and every piece of furniture was broken. I didnt buy the additional insurance believing they would take "reasonable" care of my items. They offered me $126.00 for the damages. The hell with that! I had to pay an additional $150.00 for the case to be heard by an arbortrator. I paid the $150.00 just to hear that they would pay me per contract $126.00 witch was .60 per pound at 210lbs. Tell me how all those items add up to 210lbs? What a scam!This company will break everything you own with no remorse and offer you pennys. I fell completely violated by this company and if I had any idea American Van Lines movers (who had an excellent rating with the BBB) would hire out the job to Best Price Moving and Storage I would of checked them out with the BBB also. Dont use this company ot American Van Lines you will be crushed when everything is destroyed.
