I selected their moving service based on cost and made biggest mistake ever. Not only the people who arrived to pack and move were unprofessional, but they were just unmanageable.
They stayed until 1:30 pm at night and refused to stop working, our kids could not sleep
They started smoking in the basement bathroom (assuming I will not notice) and when I stopped they went to the garage and evenetually I had to kick them out of home
They did not bring enough stuff to pack and started using paper to wrap the furniture (not blanket)
Our stuff was broken, damaged, poorly packed and just immense loss.
They left things un assembled and just dumped stuff at our new place.
Not just that the claim that we submitted was never responded back and the staff who manages customer service is horrible in language and customer dealing.
I wonder how do they even survive in this market.
I would not use ever again such moving company and will warn everybody else. I have moved 3 times in the past but this is the worst ever experience
