These Movers worked very hard. This is 2nd time I moved. I did contact a broker (which I was not aware of at the time) Best Rate showed up and I was a little confused. However after speaking with the foreman on site I understood that I my contract was with a broker and they were the carrier to pick us up. Movers arrived in the morning at the promised time, padded the elevator, wrapped all my furniture with protective blankets, helped me pack few fragile mirrors that I couldn’t do myself and moved it all. I did incur a few extra charges but needed the packing done. The moving in portion was as smooth as moving out – all was done on time, and my items did arrive early. I am however still in dispute with the broker over booking fees. Just wanted to say thank you to Best Rate.
