Despite the reviews I had read prior to me arranging the date for my move with this company, I had spoken to the sales representative that was very willing to answer any questions I had in regards to packing materials, the contract and additional fees. Although I did end up paying an additional $242 it was due to a couple of boxes, the fuel charge and a document fee which isnt that bad since other companies tried to charge me for way more. Overall it went very smoothly, the office was very helpful and the workers worked very efficiently.
