Horrible experience!!! They quote you a low hourly rate ($75/hr) but you end up paying 3 times that. If items are not packed to THEIR standard, they force you to purchase their packing supplies. $25 for a piece of bubble wrap per item! $50 for a saran wrap type of mattress cover. This scam alone cost me an additional $144!!!
On top of this they charged me 2 hours of travel time when they qouted me 1 hour!!! They can get away with this because on the day of your move you're stuck with them. For most of the items they will find a reason that they can't move it in order to make you purchase their packing supplies.
My initial quote was $450. My total bill came to $695!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Try Starving Students instead.
