They showed up faulty equipment.. then tried to tell us a fourth person would work but would have to charge us..... the lead mover callled three times explaining it could not be done even with a fourth. told us they would send another person but would have to charge us..She even called my girlfriend a liar and acted like it was our fault.. we were moving only three items and she said we had called back and change the items.. after about 35 minutes they told us she would have a truck at our place in the mid afternoon...and we would just have to wait. At around 1 pm they called and said the truck could not make it and we would have to schedule the move for another day... We told them we were very unhappy and that we wanted a refund back to our credit card and we would find someone else. she told us that they would not and charged the full amount to the credit card... They showed up with a broke truck, rescheduled our move,, then cancelled on us because they couldn't get a truck and when we asked for a refund they charged us the full amount.......the credit card is in dispute at this time.. customer service is horrible and it makes you think the just might be crooks. what I have noticed for this company and concerns me is that all of the bad reviews appear to be near the end of of the reviews..
