Highly charged. Dishonest!

I had the same experience--They were very very dishonest!! They gave me a quote that was better than all the other companies, but finally I was slapped with this fee and that fee.
They only used 1 roll of the tapes that I bought, and hided the other tapes in my garage. Then, I was told the tapes were used up, and I had to buy their tape--one small roll costed $4-5. They charged me 4 roll of tapes--$20
They insisted to use sarah wrap tp wrap mattress and sofa--it seeded very professional, but it was time cosuming! Plus, the sarah wrap costed $25.
One single bubble blanket costed $25. Totally, they charged over $300 material fee. That was never mentioned at the beginning.
My old dell laptop was broken into pieces!!!
Never use them again.
