In short; Movers arrived late. I suspect they used undocumented day laborers. Not professional. The supervisor consumed alcohol during the move. No plan of action caused the move to take longer than anticipated 6+ hours. Movers didn't have adequate equipment & were older and kind of smallish limiting their efficiency. Estimate didn't include the per item bubble wrap charge which was albout 20% of the total cost. They say they're insured but a few of my goods were damaged and i've heard nothing of reimbursement. All in all just a terrible experience. Would no recommend these guys to anyone. I'm surprised they're still in business.
