The guys were really good and friendly. I was moving on 3d of March from Alexandria, VA to Fort Lauderdale, FL. I was moving my 3bd townhouse, they gave me the flat rate for my move which also included the unlimited packing materials (first they did in home estimate service for me which was free). Also, their representative suggest that I might like to insure some of my valuable items if I want to, because their basic insurance was low and gave me the baker insurance information. I bought it for my plasma TV and some other expensive items just in case. But as it turned out I did not have to worry about that. Their packing crew came the day before my move and pack all my stuff, surprisingly they did everything that I wanted, was it an extra shrink or a different size of box.
Honestly, I was a little bit scared, because I have read a lot of different comments that people leaving about different companies, so I was expecting an extra charge from somewhere, but they did it all fare. They did not break or lose a thing during the move! And deliver my stuff just as we agreed. I am really satisfied with their service and happy that I actually choose the right company that really did all the job for me!
