I have to say I am pleased with the results of this move, having used Big Ben's Moving and Storage company. I wasn't sure what to expect from a "luxury" moving company, but it turns out this just means reliable service, respectable and friendly people, details and customized plans and an efficient way of doing things. Also, it clearly means offering services that many other companies don't such as detailed packing, unpacking and working with you or your home’s designer to create a beautiful home with little to no effort on your part. I am extremely impressed with all of the services this company offers as well as how they execute them and can say that after having experienced a "luxury" move for myself I will never go back.
