I called Big Brothers to get a price quote for my move and I spoke with Adam a nice guy who set me up with a good sounding deal the price was right around everyone else but they had a special that made it less and they were much more detailed on the pricing of materials and charges. I have heard stories of companies charging for every little thing done not just materials so i was weary of them charging extra fees. I was told on the phone of all the charges and hoped some didn't pop up later. On moving day they came and packed up everything and made sure i was happy with their work. They wrapped everything up really well and took extra care with my almost all glass china cabinet. Took my stuff to my new apt and unloaded. After they cleaned up and were done the driver broke down the materials used and prices and the labor cost and stuff but there wasnt anything that was discussed before. I was very happy got my new apt set up in no time and they made it so easy. Thanks.
