I have moved from Los Angeles to Argentina and was overall very happy with the service from Blue Horizon Shipping Inc the packers that came to my house were great, they packed everything so well that everything arrived in perfect condition, they were 4 guys that came over at 9.20am (20 min late) with truck full of packing material and worked all day long to pack everything, they were done around 7.30pm and went home.
The next day they came around 9.00am and the container arrived around 10.00am they loaded everything until 2.00pm and that was it.
All 4 guys knew exactly what they are doing they were very professional and courteous and I gave them a really nice tip ($150.00 each) by the end of the second day.
Besides the crew everyone else from the sales person Dan Cohen to Eduardo at the operation were always there to answer any questions and provided updated information about the shipment, they gave me also excess to track my shipment online at any point.
Once the shipment arrived to Buenos Aires the agent here cleared customs for me, I had to pay port fees of $2,100.00 (the initial estimate was between $2,000.00-$3,000.00, so it was ok).
I have to say that over all I was happy with the service and had good experience with Blue Horizon.
