Sales person/ main contact
Pros: At the very least she is nice and didn't have an attitude.
Cons: extremely hard to reach
Customer service/ main help desk
Pros: they are very polite. Carlos is very nice and willing to help.
Cons: extra long hold time, transfered me to the wrong department, extremely hard to connect to the main contact. Played phone tags and still not able to talk with the right person.
Moving Service
Pros: None
Cons:
1.no show and called last minute to ask for $50 bucks and refused to show up the next day when I refused to pay her $50 bucks.
2. Over charged for service and didn't disclose to client prior to signing the lease.
Overall, an awful experience with Blue Sky Van Lines and will not use ever again.
