Worst nightmare ever. These guys lie through their teeth. Beware of the advertised special price for moving minimal items. Our items to be moved matched the list we submitted for an estimate exactly. The first thing out of the brokered crews mouth was discussion of the extra items. While I understood our minimal items were just to fill the remainder of a full load I never expected them to be unloaded and reloaded multiple times resulting in countless damages. These guys rove around the country picking up and delivering small loads at whim. I accosted them about the extra charges and was able to get them to honor the quoted price. I suspect my discontent resulted in the trip around the country leading to the damages. Kind of like a discontented waitperson spitting in your food. If you need to use them for the low price I would suggest opting for more then the minimum insurance. You will likely need it. I have successfully used moving companies previously with great service. Not these guys!!!
