Imagine booking to move from Phoenix to Chicago almost a month ahead of your move paying a deposit and being called the DAY BEFORE YOUR MOVE at 4:30pm only to be told they couldn't do it for another possibly 6-7 days later. You have to be out of your apartment the next day and they feel NO RESPONSIBILITY whats so ever to help you. THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!! I called at least 6 times over the month to keep confirming my move and they always said NO PROBLEM it's a done deal. DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS THEY ARE LIARS EVEN THE SUPERVISORS LIE ALL THE WAY TO THE END AND NOT ONE OF THEM WILL CALL YOU BACK!
WARNING THINK TWICE IF YOU ARE MOVING OUT OF STATE!!!! YOU WILL BE SCREWED!!! WITH NO MERCY OR CONCERN ON THE PART OF THIS COMPANY!!!! DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY THEY ARE RIP OFF ARTISTS!!!!
