Terrible experience

I contacted Budget Van Lines and spoke to Lynn Brenner who was very nice, made all the arrangements to have my belongings moved from Texas to Wisconsin. We set up the pick up date and arranged for 30 days of storage before delivery. At that time I was told that if I wanted delivery earlier than 30 days I would still have to pay the full 30 days of storage but delivery would be no problem. Oasis moving and stoage out of Dallas, Tx picked up on April 27. I did not hire Oasis and later learned they have been removed from the BBB in Dallas due to 32 unresolved complaints. On May 10 I called Lynn, who was not so nice then, as she informed me to deal with Extention 2 for customer service for delivery. At one point they told me to call Oasis direct, I didn't hire Oasis, they did. It took from May 10 with several out right lies about delivery dates to get my belongings on June 9. I spend countless hours on the phone with Budget and Oasis, every time being given delivery dates that were ficticious in order to get me off the phone. I was given over 14 delivery dates before I got my things. When I finally recieved my belongings I was over charged $800, they claimed due to being over weight! I just paid to get my things. There is not one piece of furniture that isn't damaged in some way, everything was filthy, not just dirty, I mean filthy like it sat outside from pickup until delivery. I paid extra to have the mattress and box springs wrapped, out of 6 one was wrapped. I paid extra to have my TVs packaged corrected, they were wrapped in blankets that were dirty and had wholes in them. I would not make this move again, I would sell my furniture and replace it on the other end, if I had known how this was going to turn out. They are liars, and scammers. Don't deal wtih Budget or Oasis.
