These guys are brokers and extremely bad at being brokers. It started out great. Very nice, very flexible. But then the lies started. First delivery time the truck broke an axle. Which I fortunately called to find that out because they never showed and Budget never called me. I extended the move by a few days to allow them to find another truck. No calls, no emails, no info on the status. Still no truck or communication from them after a week. Since they couldn't uphold their end of the contract, they said they were going to refund it back in full. 2 weeks and waiting. no calls, no emails. just lies. I recorded most of the conversations and when I told her to repeat her name because I was recording, she hung up.
Avoid them at all cost. Unless you want to add more stress to an already stressful time during moving.
