I just had the most wonderful experience with this company! Heather, my moving consultant, was absolutely the best customer service agent I have ever worked with. She is extremely knowledgeable and did whatever she could to get a move for me at a price that I could afford. I couldn't speak more highly of this person!!! She was available when I needed her and if she wasn't, my messages were always returned within an hour. God bless her!
I received my shipment about an hour ago and everything looks great! The drivers just helped me set everything up and even put my boxes in the room in which they would be unpacked.
I honestly was kinda in a bind because it seemed like trying to get my move for a price I could afford was nearly impossible and every other company was so expensive, I just couldn't afford it. When I called Heather at Budget, she was patient and got my rate to within my Budget. Great! Great! Great!
