This company is a total sham. They quoted me a price of $1471.80, got my credit card number before telling me they are not the mover. Alan gave me a date of the 13 but then put the 14-15th on the form. Once the movers arrived I was informed that he cost would be $978.00 more. Also, there is a charge of $300.00 for destination service - what is that??? When I called to ask questions the people, including Alan, were rude and did not answer the questions asked. Although my experience with Budget was awful, the actual movers were wonderful! I would NOT recommend Budget Van Lines to anyone. They are not honest and do not give the information necessary up front.
