Budget is a moving broker. They contract with local movers to do the actual move. In my case that was Infinity (Brooklyn), who then passed my stuff off to Roadway Movers. My first complaint is that when infinity showed up, after a 5 minute review of the house, the price for the move went up by $1400. I complained to Budget, both to their customer service department and the salesperson. They both expressed concern, but neither one got back to me (ever). I complained to Infinity, who after a fashion, agreed to reduce the price. I never heard from anyone at Budget ever again, despite repeated attempts on my part. My stuff arrived after 21 days, badly beat up. I would never use a budget again. The whole thing was deceptive and sleepy.
