From he moment this company walked in my door the charges went up over $1700.00 We went through the inventory of our home with this company very thoroughly and still they found ways to charge us more when they got there. If we hadn't been moving 800+ miles we would have thrown them off our property. Very arrogant and disrespectful. Lied from the time we talked to the sales person (Steve) until they left the property severely damaged at our new home. They even tried to charge us more at the time of delivery, another $261. And all the special packaging they charged us even more for, over 80 % of those items were the ones damaged! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!!!!
These people pack your lives up in their truck, hijack your items for more than a week at a time and can justify it until the cows come home. They picked up our items and then had to take them off the truck at a warehouse and then reload them over 10 days later???? Seems like a complete waste of time and not to mention the damage!!! Boxes thrown around like there should be nothing breakable in them. Every box I open has something damaged. Amazing that this company can keep their business open.
Contemplating suing this company! And I am not a person who just sues people for the fun of it. I have never sued anyone before in my life, but this company should be put out of business.
BTW when they tell you they are your movers...they aren't, they broker it out to other companies. We got stuck with On Time Moving!! Never ever use this company either!
