they had the best rate. we were given a 3 day window for pickup (tue-thur). on that tue that emailed to inform me that they couldn't find a carrier & wouldn't do my move!! tue. I needed to be in MD by sat. I tried to contact another agency, but of course they were too busy. so I had to call Uhaul and do this all myself on a last minute notice. if they had told me they couldn't do it from the beginning, that would've been fine. but to tell me last minute?
