Poor service overall and bribery

Avoid these people like the plague. They worked me over for nearly 2 times the amount of their estimate with technicalities over the definition of "packed" I had given them a very complete inventory. I had my stuff in storage with them as I looked for a new address. When I got it we set a date for the earliest they may come. They called me and asked me to move it up 2 days. I asked if they were sure, it didn't make sense and warned them it would cost me extra money to go redo my lease. They said yes. For 12 days I waited for my stuff while various members of their staff told me wildly different estimates. When they finally came my mattress was soaking wet and they wont offer an explanation. They offered me $120 for all the headaches they cost IF I signed a waiver saying I wouldn't sue them or give them bad reviews. I said you owe me $120 for the extra rent,elec,cable, etc for those 2 days. They still insist I sign their bribery form. I am still waiting on my insurance claim for some broken stuff and don't expect that to go well. these are BAD people. Dont even think about using them.
