I got these guys through a moving broker that I booked a last minute move with. After I paid my deposit to the broker, I begin to see scary reviews on them and I proceeded to get my deposit back and find me another company. With my luck the deposits were non refundable. Two days later I got a call from Jacobi at CEH and she really took her time to explain each and every detail of the moving process and this really put me at ease. I was really pleased with this company's reviews and their BBB score compared to the nightmares reviewed of the broker I selected. When the crew arrived I was afraid that all my belongings would not fit on the truck and the crew leader Charles assured me that if I wanted to I could add more items and he still would have room in the end. I added my patio equipment, a buffet, a china cabinet and several more boxes and this guy did an awesome packing job to get my furniture loaded. As he said he still had room on the truck to add any overflow if needed. At the unload everything came off in the conditions it was picked up and I delightedly tipped the three movers very well. I have to move again in the fall and CEH will be doing my move minus the broker. I am very satisfied with their services from beginning to the end!
