This company will trick you with unhonest quote and will write out the scaled weight for a higher amount

I was given a quote of 82 cents per pound for a 2000lbs move. The rep asked me to confirm the minimum charge of $850 for the first 500 lbs and explained in email that it was only be charged if shipment fell under 2000lbs.
A few days later someone called me for payment but only give me an amount. I asked for a bill but no reply. It was a much higher amount but i paid anyway thinking i must be over weight. Then when i get the bill after payment, it was 2000lbs even. The original weight was write-0ut but i can see a much lower number underneath. However, the company still charged the minimum weight charge on my shipment after they bump up my shipment weight! When i contact the rep she insisted that i agreed to the charges (they made me initial the 850).
some storage and dispatching charge that i did not initial, was charged as well.
