Horrible service. Before the move the customer service was excellent, after items broken and not delivered correctly and packed incorrectly, no returned. Calls, emails, texts. Even went as far as visited the “office “ when in Chicago, no one there, shared office space . All calls tilted by a receptionist who just sends you to voicemail
