Customer service was extremely rude & unhelpful. Mover showed up A DAY LATE and was a complete idiot (and very rude on top of that). Showed up about 7 hours later at my destination than he said he would and charged me an extra $150 because my sidewalk to my apartment was too long (I had to pay it otherwise he wouldn't release my stuff). After unloading everything extremely slowly, told me he would be right back up to assemble everything. I entered my apartment to find nearly EVERYTHING broken - not just dinged up or slightly damaged, but literally SMASHED TO BITS. Some of my stuff never made it. AND....the driver never came back! I never received a receipt, nothing was assembled, and after filing my complaint with them, have never heard anything back. A total scam, the absolute worst experience ever. BURN IN HELL, CAPITAL MOVING!!
