Capital Moving services has stolen from me! I was underquoted & over charged by $1200. They delivered my items almost one month late. They refuse to issue me a cheque for the lost (stolen) item and have been dodging my calls and giving me the runaround. They continue to promise that the search for my items will not stop, but that "their warehouses are very large and can't be searched easily".
I have spent the last 7 months trying to deal with my lost item that was moved from Vancouver to Toronto, valued at over $4000.00. I have had over 15 phone calls and discussions in an attempt first, to have my items recovered, and then finally once I had realized that they were making NO effort to find my items, to try to settle this dispute by way of reimbursing me for the value of my goods.
Finding no other option, I will be suing Capital Moving Services Inc. and am urging anyone who has had a similar experience to contact me. Any support would be appreciated.
