This company works under Capital Van Lines (out of Bayonne, NJ), A Security Moving, and United Moving Group. This company is a bunch of thieves and liars! Be prepared for your goods to be gone through and items stolen ESPECIALLY if they are in their original boxes. Or entire boxes are stolen if they see something marked on the outside that they want! They lie about when the items will be delivered causing you frustration. Their customer service does not exist - they do not return phone calls, they do not give messages to the appropriate person. It's been almost a year since I moved and the claims are still not resolved. I am forced to take them to court to get what is missing/stolen and damaged. Out of almost $3000 in damages, they are offering me $180 - what a laugh! I was also told that I did not have to leave a deposit until the truck showed up! It was impossible for me to pay them their deposit they demanded since I had switched banks to the state I was moving to SO I could pay them! There are other complaints against these companies - do your homework before using this company!
