Name, address, and move date incorrect on contract. Actual cost was double estimate. Truck driver instructed me to contact office and ask about discounts. When I called Greg at the office I was accused of not paying and he says "get your own f*cking moving truck and come get it yourself". I asked why the estimate was so low compared to actual I was accused of not showing everything to the estimator. I suggested my own padded bags for packing items on truck only to be denied in lieu of the mover's boxes that I was never told I would be charged for. Movers left cigarette butts all over property. Movers use foul language and racially derogative slurs towards African Americans and Indians. "Same truck, same men" was on contract but different truck and different men delivered my belongings.
