I started my moving experience having lived in my home in New Jersey for almost 20 years. I had never moved from my hometown, much less across the country, so I was very nervous! I had also never used a professional mover before, but because of the distance, I didn't feel there would be a better way.
Certified offered to send an estimator to give me the best and most accurate price possible at no extra charge. After meeting the estimator and getting my quote (which he said was a guaranteed price), I just knew I was in good hands.
The movers arrived on time on my moving day and took such care of packing all of my items so carefully. They were very reassuring and kind to me in the midst of the stress of moving, putting me at ease.
My belongings were delivered to me in California as promised and the driver was equally as friendly and professional as the rest of the employees. I had no damages at all and everything was just as it was when I left New Jersey.
I am so happy to report that this company is top notch and would highly recommend them.
