I have many complaints about Certified Reloactions. First the movers were 6 hours late. They were suppose to arrive from 10-11 yet they didnt show till 5:35 pm. Next when they finally showed up, they said they were going to charge me to pack the TVs when the rep John promissed that all packing material was included. They wanted to charge 50 for each tv. The last straw was when they said that they want to charge double the price bc I had a 7 more boxes even though John said it would be no problem. I spoke to a rude manager to get everything straighten out but it still did work out. This company is unprofessional and untrustworthy. DON'T USE CERTIFIED RELOCATIONS.
