Details: Certified moved my very few items from an apartment in NJ to NY. Even though this was a very small move, they gave me a great price, were very diligent, and went out of the way to help me. I was concerned about my bike, they took special care of it. One day after the truck left, the apartment I had rented in NY fell through and with only a 2 min call, they were able to transfer my stuff to a storage place. Nothing is ever a problem for them, and they help you solve your move-related problems! Given my wonderful experience, I asked them if they could move my daughter from MI to NY. While moves originating out of state are not frequent for them, they arranged my daughters move flawlessly. The truck driver, Benedict, who picked up her stuff delivered to my home, did a wonderful job, put the stuff back together as needed, let me know specifically about each item that my daughter asked him to pay special attention to, and I can go on with the list of the great things he did to help. Ofir, their estimator, went beyond his duty to help with both moves. Coordinated everything, kept me informed, replied to all my emails within a few hours (even if it was late at night), and again ... I can continue with the list of great things he did to help. There were many others at Certified who I do not recall their names, but I can tell you, that any time I called somebody answered the phone in person and was able to either answer my question or solve my problem.
I would strongly recommend Certified Relocations to anybody, and I will not hesitate to use them in my next move.
