Booked Chad Movers as soon as I knew my move date. Customer service was excellent at first, until it came time for the pick up date. The contracted driver called me 2 days before my scheduled pick up, and asked if they could move the pick-up date to a week later. (UH, sorry, I won't be available then, I'm moving? You're supposed to be moving my stuff?) Day of, surprise surprise, pick up time comes and goes, I call for an ETA. They say it's coming, just running late. Two hours later, call again. It will be there today! End of day rolls around, driver of the truck calls and says he can come tomorrow. "First thing" in the morning... At NOON.
Spoke to multiple people, sales people sent me to dispatch, dispatch sent me to sales people. Blaming each other. One person claims the truck broke, another person claims it was a busy day, and yet another person at dispatch says they didn't recieve any order to send a truck until four hours after the scheduled pick up time (even though the driver called me days before asking me to move my pick up time later).
You will regret choosing this company. Pay a little more, and get someone reliable. Chad Movers, shame on you. You made an already stressful cross-country move a nightmare.
