Overall our experience with Charter Van Lines was very good. All representatives communicated with me on a regular basis throughout our entire move. We got quotes from several companies and Charter offered the best price. The crew was great. They were congenial and professional. It took longer to pack and load than we expected but the crew took great care with all our items and we had only minor damage to a couple of items upon delivery. Charter van lines worked very diligently with us to accommodate the delivery date we requested. Overall our experience was very good, stress free and we would use them again.
