The Charter Van Lines driver gave us a delivery time a day before the delivery. The men who unloaded the goods were courteous and careful with the items. They placed the items where we wanted them. The fee was based on weight. We paid a deposit based on an estimate of the total weight. The documented weight turned out to be less than estimated and we were promptly refunded the difference. We were overall very pleased with the service and would recommend the company to others.
