My move was perfect. In each step of the way, they gave me excellent customer service. Everything arrived on time, the moving crew was better than I expected and everything occurred on time according to schedule and there was no damage to any of my items. I experienced some problems with my house purchase closing, but Charter Van Lines customer service worked with me getting around the time delays.I highly recommend them to anyone planning a move.
