I booked a different company through online. They sent me an email confirming a slot. But they never showed up. I had to scramble and I called every moving company number I could get my hands on. I talked to Charter van lines, one of the leading companies, and they happily helped me out immediately. This time there was no hassle and everything went very smoothly.
