We used Charter van lines for both packing & moving services. It was a cross town move. Their staff was extraordinarily punctual. Once the movers arrived, they set about to work straight away & kept at it until the job was done. No goofing off or time wasting. They did an outstanding job with the packing, nothing damaged or broken. I have moved many times & this was, without question, the smoothest. Their estimator gave me a firm bottom line price & they held on to it. No surprise at the end as is so common with unscrupulous movers. The movers themselves were prompt, efficient & exceptionally courteous. This company gets my highest recommendation.
