Angela,
I hate to be the burden of bad news but the company you have selected to handle your move is nothing more than a moving Broker! They will book your reservation and then sell the job off to another company to service the move for you, This will end up with you incurring additional cost and having to deal with headaches on your relocation.
Look up the company, they have one of the worst reviews on yelp and other review websites, DON'T GET SCAMMED ON THIS MOVE, PROTECT YOURSELF!
If you would like you can send me there estimate, I'll explain to you how to go about getting your money back from this company before you are another MOVING HORROR STORY STATISTIC!
