I had my move planned for 4 months before anything started to happen. Even though my move was far out I was always in communication with someone in customer service. I just wanted to know exactly what was going to happen and they had no problem explaining anything. And they would check up to make sure my inventory did not change much. I was very happy with my move it went great and I would not move with another moving company in the future since I am now spoiled with them. They really did everything to make sure that the move was perfect and I appreciated that!
