DO NOT USE!!! This company is no more than a dispatcher. They give you an estimate then contract out your job to second party movers. My contracted mover was of less than fair quality and professionalism. They contractually told me that I would have the final weight before delivery, but I was not given this information until truck arrived and then they won't unload until they have final payment. I was given final amount and told of an overage after the truck arrived and the banks were closed. I have been trying to get this company acknowledge their errors and get compensation for over two months. They will call you and tell you they are working on it, but everything is delayed. They came up with a resolution that they were happy with but I was not and the want you to sign a non disclosure statement so I can't tell all of you how bad this company does what it advertises that it does. I was told of a weight overage and have had my stuff evaluated by 2 professionals in the buisness and have confirmed that there is no way i had weight overage and probably had under estimated weight. Very deceptive practices from all involved. Be ware of this company.
