I read a lot of bad reviews about this company after I had already paid my deposit, so I was extremely nervous that things would not go well. However, I ended up having an excellent experience. I booked the company about 2 months prior to my move from South Carolina to Georgia, and my moving consultant followed up with me on a regular basis up until moving day. Once my moving day arrived, the movers were on time, professional, courteous and prompt in moving my items. They arrived on a Friday afternoon, and promptly delivered my things first thing Saturday morning. All my items were in tact, and the balance I ended up paying was actually less than what I had been quoted over the phone. They even followed up with a phone call the next day to make sure my items were delivered and that the service was satisfactory. I'm not sure why so many others have had negative experiences with this company, but mine was great and I would definitely use them again.
