Made this reservation 7 weeks in advance. My agent changed with no contact made to be by new or old agent. I left numerous messages on ext. and customer service lines, but calls were not returned. People I spoke to could not give me specific information regarding my pick-up, but assured me that everything was on schedule. I could not speak directly with a supervisor at anytime that I requested to. Finally, the first day of my 2 day pick-up I was told that they would not be there on time - which was the last day of my lease. On the last day of my pick-up window a rep. called to ask me what day would be good to pick-up....really!?! With all confidence and trust lost, I have had to book another moving company at the last minute who can pick up my belongings right away.
It is impossible to get ahold of anyone in this company and phone calls are rarely returned. I made several requests to speak to a manager/supervisor, but reps. can only make requests and follow-up occurred one time out of three official (many more verbal requests).
I would not recommend this moving company to anyone that I cared about.
