My initial contact with them was pleasant and regular but that quickly changed as the move date arrived.
They scheduled me for the wrong date but with some pushing promised to come on the original agreed upon date. When the dat arrived, the movers were 6 hours late and no one ever called. I constantly called and was given false information; eventually they stopped answer my calls all together. I had to call from other lines or use *67 to get an answer and even then they 2x hung up on me. Once they did arrive, it was a different company which tried to charge me more (I won that battle)XXXturns out Compac's drivers had overslept putting all moves behind schedule so they subcontracted my job.
I still have yet to receive an apology and will never use this company nor recommend them. I agree with the other reviewersXXXthe positive reviews must be company plants b/c even the subcontracted drivers said this is the norm!!
