WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!

THIS IS ONE DISHONEST COMPANY WITH THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!! THEY SAY THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY HIDDEN FEES TO MAKE YOU SIGN UP WITH THEM, BUT THEN END UP CHARGING YOU HIDDEN FEES AT THE END.
When talking to their sales people I was promised that they did not have any hidden fees, they would charge me at the rate of $90/h for 3 guys. The only additional fee they had was if I was to use any of their boxes. When asking if there were any other hidden fees I needed to know of, the guys said No!
Day before moving day, they call to let us know that the movers will be at our place between 1 and 3 pm the following day. A little late in the day, but ok.
Come moving day, the driver calls at 1:30pm to let us know that he and his crew have just arrived at their first job of the day and that they will not be at our place at the earliest around 5:30 pm to 6 pm but that he would call me later to let me know once they got closer to being done. Long story short, the movers had not shown by 8 pm and by then we had tried to get a hold of the driver - who by now is ignoring my calls - and someone at the main office to give us some information as to what is going on. By 9 pm we finally get a hold of someone at the main office and work out a solution to have to movers come next morning (Monday morning at 7-7:30 am).
Monday morning 7:30 am - no movers!! Again on the phone to call them to figure out when the movers are coming. Finally by 8:30 the truck shows up with the 3 guys.
Once loaded and transported to our new place, the driver comes up to me to get paid - our stuff will not get unloaded unless I pay up front but he could not produce an invoice for the amount until the unloading was done. In blind faith, I paid (unfortunately). Once they were done unloading the truck, I finally got the bill.
I was charged $132.58 in package material !!! - The guys only had to use 2 of their own boxes which was the only thing that was supposed to cost extra according to guys who gave me the quote. Then they wanted to charge me 9% in fuel charge - this is on top of the 2xdriving time they are charging!!! - but they gave me this fee as a discount for my "troubles".
I called the office several times to talk to a manager to discuss the additional charges that I wes invoiced for but was told that this is part of the contract and that I was told this. I had to correct the manager multiple times as I have not been told I would be charged with extra material except for the 2 boxes they had to use. Twice, they had to talk to someone else and then get back to me, but never called back and when I finally talked to the manager again, he was actually rude to me.
Don't ever do business with these guys - you will end up regretting it and paying more than you would with any of the other companies who actually are honest about their additional charges.
