I arranged to have them do the packing, which was handled carefully and efficiently by a team of 3 packers. Everything they packed came through without a hitch. The movers showed up at the appointed time and handled a logistically complex move down a very long (city block) hallway to the service elevator, always taking the time to carefully protect my furniture rather than take the quick and dirty route of banging things around.
