This was a horrible experience! They UNDER estimated my cost, so once the movers came my cost was hacked up over $1000 more. My items were promised by movers within the week, 31 DAYS LATER I receive DAMAGED household goods. Living room furniture, dining room set, bedroom set.... ALL DAMAGED! Fold up ladder/step stool GONE, son's bike damaged, pictures broken.... the list goes on and on. But, since they have my money, do you think anyone will help me submit a claim? NO! STILL TRYING TO GET RESOLUTION. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! Federal moving regulation site will be my next step to file formal complaint!
