Poor management and customer service.

I got the number from the moving site received a quote next day after I spoke to the manager Guy he send me the quote and quote was reasonable so I booked the moving company. On the day of move the movers showed up late and look all tired. The move was set up for 9 am and they showed up by 1030 am after making 2 calls to the office. After taking the inventory I have to pay them first beforee they even picked up one box. I was in the time crunch so I have to pay them first. After reminding them several times that to be careful with the lamps and glass items the foreman looked annoyed but because it was my stuff and I paid for the items I really did not care. They start rushing and the slogan that they have we don't work by an hour reflected different because the moving team was looked like they don't want to work. My bedroom set and the entertainment center with some pictures that they pack was a rush job. I tried to contact the manager but not available or stepped out. I ordered and paid for the wardrobe boxes but the movers used my boxes to pack other stuff when I asked for the boxes reply was we dont have it. At the finish I asked them again will everything will be protected and yeah yeah yeah from the movers. Hey were rushing to go to another job. He items were left in the storage for a month which suppose to be free but the lady in the billing charged me 300 dollars for the rent and when I checked my account I called the movers to find out that why they charge my card without my authorization she dido aid that she thought I will use the same card which was the dumbest answer I ever got and that was the scam because the storage was free for month. Now on the day of move back again movers late for an hour waiting for them at my place. after a call to the office the foreman called that he stuck in the traffic and be there as soon as possible. 2 different movers and one guy from the last time and when i asked him that if he knows how to put the stuff back he dont have the clue.Have to pay first even before they offload. Missing all the screws for all the furniture. Broken picture frames,lamps and these were the stuff that they packed. Office cant get Hold of their own employees and the mover did not know where the missing screws were. Left my bedroom set without assembling because all the screws just disappeared so the foreman instead of helping the situation keep complaining about the company and people at that time i just want him to put all my stuff back Instead of giving me sob story that he dont know. Picture frames broken, cabinet glass broken, entertainment center beds and other stuff left on the floor without assembling due to no screws.Called several time the office for Still waiting for them to do the estimate. Worst company never again. CUSTOMER SERVICE SCAMMERS IN THE OFFICE AND MOVERS DON'T KNOW THEIR JOB. If this will not settle will go to small claim courts and report them to CONSUMER AFFAIRS SO THEY CAN DO A BETTER JOB OTHER THAN THEM SCAMMING PEOPLE.
